Every time we’re given the opportunity to share the story of how this business began, what its goals are, and how we work every day to achieve those goals, it’s a gift that we’re so honoured to receive. We approach this work with so much humility and grace that when we speak about it, it sometimes sounds dramatic but it couldn’t be more sincere. We have tasked ourselves with working to overhaul an entire industry by giving fur harvesters an alternative outlet for their Yukon trapped wild fur.

Since the flagship store in the Horwoods Mall in downtown Whitehorse Yukon opened in 2018, we’ve enjoyed the company of countless customers both local and from away. We’ve also worked with the Yukon’s Department of Tourism in sharing experiences with the many visiting journalists and other media personalities who visit the Yukon. These experiences have allowed us to connect with these visitors in a way that allows us to tell our stories in our own words while hopefully contributing to beautiful memories of those visiting media folks. We are committed to respectfully and humbly teaching and sharing stories about our experiences of working with fur in the context of our signature line of handmade fur jewelry, specifically our best selling fur hoop earrings.

This list of media features and mentions is a small reflection of the interactions we’ve had that hopefully leave our guests positively impacted and changed in a way that gives them something to remember us by and think about long after we part. We are working toward creating something beautiful that impacts the lives of as many Indigenous fur trappers as possible and we wouldn’t be where we are if it weren’t for the kind words and shared stories of these incredible writers and content creators. We are deeply appreciative of every single interaction as they all leave us as better humans than we were beforehand.
